Very close to everything.
Not a deterrent from coming back. Because we will. Sliding door handle was broke which made it difficult to open, and ceiling fan in spare room wasn’t working. But still I would return.

Good location, roomy, and clean.
The ceiling fan in one bedroom didn’t work. The bathtub in one bathroom was very slow draining. So you had to stand in water while showering.

It is centralized in Mexico Beach. Plenty of food and shops around to not get bored. Very kid friendly! Lovely atmosphere! Beach is gorgeous!
