We're excited to share that our building is currently receiving some much-needed love with a full roof replacement and additional repairs and enhancements to keep everything in top shape for years to come!
These improvements are expected to wrap up around June. While the work is underway, you may notice some daytime construction activity, occasional noise during business hours, and crew members on site—standard for projects like this.
We appreciate your understanding during this time. Please note that pool access cannot be guaranteed while the work progresses, as it may be temporarily affected.

Summerhouse is a gulf view condo complex centrally located in Mexico Beach. Within the complex, you will have access to a community pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also a grilling/picnic area on the ground level. Mexico Beach is a cute little beach town about 3 miles long with local shops and restaurants and gorgeous white sand beaches. Most of the hot stops can be reached by foot or bike along the sidewalk just outside of Summerhouse.
This particular condo is a large 2 bedroom unit on the second floor with an additional sleeping nook. It sleeps a party of 7 very comfortably. It is so charming in the way that it’s decorated, you’ll certainly feel like you’re at the beach even when you’ve come off of it. The large sliding glass doors let in an abundance of natural lighting and allow for an awesome view of the beach. Take a step closer once you walk out on the deck where you can also enjoy a meal.
Come explore Mexico Beach any time of year and stay at Summerhouse 209. You will not be disappointed.
Floor Plan: 1st floor – kitchen, dining, gulf view living room with sleeper sofa, TV and access to the furnished gulf view deck; full bath with shower only, Bedroom 1 – with queen bed and TV; sleeping nook with a day bed built into the wall and Bedroom 2 – king bed, TV and full bath with shower/tub combo.
Please notice: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.
*We LOVE Snowbirds! Low Monthly Winter Rates* Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Please contact us with your questions or to further assist!

Nice to stay somewhere that exceeded expectation. We enjoyed all the room to spread out and the well stocked kitchen. Beachy decor with easy access to the beach just across the street and pool on the same floor as the unit. Quiet, comfortable and roomy.
Coffee and a few other small shops, food trucks, Sunset Park, pickleball courts, etc within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
Would have liked to find an option for recycling onsite.

This unit is next to the last unit on this floor - away from the elevators and far down from the pool. This unit is across the street from the water, and has a huge building in front of the water blocking our view from the gulf. We did not sit on the patio because (a) the furniture was rusty and (b) you could hardly see the water, much less heat the waves. When standing on the patio, you hear traffic from the road below. There is not enough furniture (in the bedroom(s) to place any of your belongings on - not even a dresser in one of the bedrooms. The huge wall clock on the wall does not work, nor does the alarm clock in the bedroom. The ice maker works very well. We had enough towels. The location of the condo is nice - a short walk across the street. The unit provides a nice beach buggy for your things to carry to the beach. Research what restaurants /food places are open! Not a whole lot to choose from - Mostly food trucks and tiny restaurants. Do not go to Dagwood! Dollar general grocery had all that we needed. The pool was fantastic. Through I think they needed some actual chairs to sit on rather than all loungers.
