Sitting in a quiet neighborhood toward the south of San Ignacio, this house has a gated courtyard for privacy and plenty of restaurants close by. Day trips to impressive Mayan ruins, jungle treks, and more are easy from this convenient location. Please note this listing is only for the upper level of this house. The house features authentic wooden furniture and modern amenities to ensure you're always comfortable. A variety of furniture in the living room is great for sitting on while relaxing, browsing WiFi, and watching the flat-screen cable TV. Cooking is easy in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes stainless steel appliances, plus a mixer and coffeemaker, in addition to all the essentials. Four will fit around the kitchen table, while a couple may enjoy drinks at the table on the balcony.

Feels cozy and looks nice, very clean ! The kitchen is equiped with all you need to cook, air conditioning works well, includes 2 bathrooms with showers for two rooms. The windows are equipped with screens in good condition but no outside noise is blocked as it's just plastic shutters protecting from rain getting in. Also curtains let the light in as the sun rises. We noticed a lot of ants, small and big getting to any food left outside the fridge. The big ones even bite hard ! The house is up a impressive hill some véhicules can't climb so pick up for tours might only be down the road.

Great home, very clean and organized, loved the kitchen and it's supplies. Love how cold the bedrooms got at night and the living room too. Was a very convenient location to San Ignacio sights as well as driving to the caves and waterfalls. Better directions would be to drive up the hill from Karen's grocery store, turn right, turn left and turn left. The little sign at the end of the road was very helpful.

Wonderful home with nice space and well maintained. Everything was just as described and we had a wonderful time in the area. Everything was clean worked for my family of 4.
