Our reservations was for 3 rooms and instead we got a wide open room with 3 beds.
Otherwise, a good stay. Staff friendly and good service.

Cassia Hill was a great choice for our trip in Belize. The staff was super kind and helpful. They helped us plan excursions and arrange transportation for the airport. The location and hotel itself were great as well. It was clean and a beautiful property. Definitely would recommend staying at Cassia Hill if you’re going to San Ignacio.

We had a great time! Carlos made our experience even better. He pointed out birds, answered our questions, and gave us some local suggestions.
