This stunning condo with drop-dead views has a king-sized bed in the master and a queen-sized sofa bed in the living room that fold out electronically - no struggling to put it away in the morning! There are 1 and 1/2 baths and a jetted tub for soaking. This condo has 2 flat screens and free high-speed internet.
If you’re an early riser, nothing compares to walking to the balcony, sipping your coffee, looking to your left, and watching the sun rise in the east. If sunsets capture your imagination after a day of playing in the soft white sand beach and crystal-clear green gulf, toast the sun setting from the same balcony as you turn to the right to watch the sun light play on the water for the end of a great day.
The kitchen boasts of gorgeous granite counters, a new ice-maker fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and all the tools to make a delicious meal. But, because this is Destin, know that you have plenty of fine restaurants as well as good Chinese take-out to enjoy. Sundestin's condo unit #1703 offers the best of the best.

SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated open-air pool), exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. Everything was nice. Check in was easy. Resort was not crowded. If you want to get chairs for the beach you can do so starting at 9am as you are walking out to beach. The guys were helpful and friendly. There is a pool and hot tub there. Loved the gift shop and the staff. The room was nice a typical beach house. I must add, if you don’t want to rent chairs for the beach you can set up your own or use towels behind the resorts rented beach chairs. You can not bring your own umbrella. They have a pizza place that delivers or you can grab a snack from the gift shop. There is also a wafflehouse across the road. You will park and go in for check in where they will give you a tag to hang in your car, no gate code needed. Hope this helps

Had a great vacation and really enjoyed room! Beach was great, check-in/parking were easy, and chair rentals were simple whether reserving them ahead or day-of. The construction is still ongoing, but wasn’t a bother to us at all. However, photos and description of the unit/property needs to be updated. The restaurant on-site is completely different, and more modern now. The bedroom/living room carpet has been replaced with wood floors, which is nice. Decor/furniture in the living room, dining area, bathrooms and bedroom are also different now than when pictured. The couch is much smaller, bedspread in the bedroom is now white linens, and chairs and tables are different or moved as well. It is still very nice, but wasn’t what we expected walking in and felt a little bare in comparison. The photos also show an indoor pool area, which is now an outdoor pool; an indoor hot tub, which is closed now; and a splash pad, which is nonfunctional. (The description reflects these changes, but the photographs do not). The outdoor hot tub was also not functioning right during our stay due to a heating element issue, it was open but not heated. Other than that, the bedroom TV is very slow, but the living room TV worked great. Make sure to turn off the AC if the noise from the unit on the balcony bothers you. Most attractions and restaurants close by 9 pm, so make sure you plan dinners and activities accordingly. Overall, we had a great time but you may want to be aware of these differences!

Our stay was perfect! Everything was clean and right on the beach. Hosts were friendly and very responsive! Will definitely consider booking again in the future!

The view was excellent. We were not aware of and the listing did not indicate that the Air Conditioner Compressor/Condenser unit was mounted on the balcony. Therefore when the unit was operating it was very loud and hot from the air blowing over the condenser coils. This detracted from the peace and serenity of the view. The unit lacked in some simple things such as basic toiletries and kitchen condiments. Also there was ongoing construction in the building which we were aware of, however the construction workers used the same elevator as the vacationers which made for dangerous interaction with building materials and construction workers - the construction workers and materials should have used a freight elevator (if available) or one of the passenger elevators should have been dedicated strictly for that purpose. A maintenance worker surprised us one morning by a knock on the door just to change out the batteries in the electric door look - this issue should be addressed in during the time frame between checking out/checking in vacationers.
