Take a dip in the newly renovated outdoor pool or unwind in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Get in a workout at the fitness facility then settle in with complimentary DVD rentals. Utilize the more than 3,000 s.f. of meeting space for personal or business functions. Take advantage of the seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Our cordial and knowledgeable Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.
SunDestin Unit 1214 is a plush one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Take in the scenery from the cozy living room or catch a movie on the flat screen television. Preparing meals is delightful in the spacious, well-stocked kitchen equipped with considerable cupboard and counter space. Four can dine at the table while two can help prep meals at the island. All will enjoy the beautiful Florida sunsets on the balcony with seating for four. Unwind in the master suite with a king-sized bed and flat screen television or on the queen-sized sofa bed in the living room.
Everyone in your party will appreciate an afternoon at The Track just five minutes away. This family recreation center has something for everyone, boasting two 18-hole miniature golf courses and kiddie rides for the little ones. Bumper cars, go-kart tracks, bumper boats and an arcade are also available, ensuring a fun-filled day for the whole family!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

The condo was very nice! The king bed was comfortable and the updated kitchen was great! It didn't even take very long to learn the TV remotes! (that's always an issue for me) The construction wasn't too bad... only one morning of hammering, pretty early. The only issue that I had was parking.. I know the construction equipment needs the space, but some people were having to park across the busy highway because of it. Other than that, I'd go back. I especially like the fact that there is always someone there at the front!

For our first time staying in Destin, we picked a great place! The staff was welcoming, although we didn’t like that they tried to hassle us into wasting 2 hours of our vacation to go take a tour of another hotel and get into a time share… I get they are everywhere but at the front desk shouldn’t be one of those places even when we told them no we were good they kept on asking what was holding us back.
When you walk into the room itself it smells CLEAN! Love that! Everything about the room was clean. The only complaint we would have is there wasnt enough towels and wash rags to last us the 4 nights we stayed. I know they mention to possibly bring towels and wash rags but if we are going to a hotel that’s one last thing we want to pack space wise… and when you ask for more they tell you to wash them… I’m cool with that as well I just don’t want to spend our vacation money on laundry detergents… but we did and made it work… also left the laundry detergents for the next person.

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary weekend and everything was perfect! It was clean, the bed was comfy, the kitchen was stocked with dishes, the restaurant in the lobby was delicious, just a all around good place to stay. We will be back and I will recommend to everyone!
