Feel your every day stresses fade away against the spectacular views at SunDestin Unit 1110. This one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to four, successfully bringing the outdoors in for a delightful beach getaway! You’ll find everything in the fully-appointed kitchen to prepare snacks for the beach or just take it easy and lounge in the sunny open-concept space. Cozy up on plush furnishings in the living room with flat-screen TV, gather around the dining table with seating for four, and take in spectacular views on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Bed down on the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or in the master suite with a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and en suite bathroom for added convenience.

Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

***Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.
Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

Just stayed June 20 2025 -June 24 2025 the construction was not that big of a nuisance but waiting on the elevators because of the construction workers using it and not dedicating just one for them I think was a mistake. They are not a very handicap friendly and were not very accommodating.

We loved staying right in the middle of Destin walking distance to everywhere. The beach wasn’t crowded and the view was spectacular

When we arrived the first thing we noticed is the dishwasher was out of order, the hot water in the kitchen would come and go. The main TV in the living area would glitch and screen freeze up. So basically we could only use the bedroom as that was the only TV. Did not use any of the kitchenware as would have to wash everything so we bought and used paper plates and plastic forks and spoons. We brought this to the attention of the fro t desk and they said they could move us but we would have to change rooms everyday. We decided to just stick it out and deal with it. So basically I rented a bedroom from your condo and feel I should have some type of refund
