-The indoor hot tub, splashpad and grill area remain temporarily closed.
-The main lobby entrance is being updated and expected to be completed, weather permitting, 4/8/2026. In the meantime, the East walkway is still available for guests to use to enter the lobby.

There’s a king bed in the bedroom, and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 4 guests comfortably. SunDestin is a vacation rental complex conveniently located in the heart of Destin, less than half a mile from Big Kahuna's waterpark. It is unmatched in terms of facilities and guest services: check out the two pools (outdoor and heated indoor), Splash pad for kids, exercise room, steam room, sauna, whirlpool, massage therapy, onsite restaurant, tiki bar, and gift shop, with a front desk staffed 24/7. We enjoyed our stay with one exception. The washer and dryer on our hall did not work. It took your money then would not work. Manager came and was able to start the washer..........then it did not spin the clothes out so they were extremely wet. Then when we tried to use the dryer the same thing happened but the desk person said only the manager had the key to help with that, so we had really wet clothes that we could do nothing about.

The condo had everything we could need right at our fingertips, it was so clean and close to everything, especially the beach! Not to mention the stunning views. We met the manager on our way out and she was very sweet!

Everything within the condo unit was very good. But one of the amenities we were looking forward to was the outside pool and spa. They are out of service. Even the indoor whirlpool was out of service. Major construction was going on throughout the complex, so on weekdays, there were window-washing-type platforms going up and down outside our balcony, so we could not enjoy the beautiful ocean views. I know the construction was talked about, but not the pools. We probably would have made another choice.
