SunDestin Unit 1210 is a delightful one bedroom, one- and one-half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Immerse yourself in the uplifting yet casual atmosphere with cozy furnishings and everything needed to ensure a leisurely stay. Whip up tropical drinks, savory hors devours, or full-scale meals in the fully appointed kitchen, catch a game on the flat-screen TV in the living room, or enjoy a board game at the breakfast bar. Delight in gorgeous waterfront views from virtually anywhere in this open concept living/dining unit. When it’s time to settle in, opt for the queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room or the king-sized bed in the master suite, complete with flat-screen TV and en suite bathroom.
Should you decide to venture off property, head over to the Track, just five minutes away! This recreation center boasts a plethora of activities for every age. Two 18-hole miniature golf courses, go-kart tracks, an arcade with video games, and bumper cars will keep the whole family entertained!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.
Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

The resort as a hold was nice. Our issue was the first room was awful. There was a broken mirror on the floor. It was very hazardous. But that staff was super nice and we were able to get another room. I think that all guests should receive a complimentary umbrella on the beach or be allowed to use our personal umbrella

We love this place!
We always stay here, but in a different room.
This room was just the perfect size for me/husband/18 and 13 year old daughters. Clean clean place and beautiful perfect view of the ocean! We love the convenience of the store and restaurant downstairs. The condo is right in the center of everything! Walmart is about 5 mins away.
Only negatives- the sofa mattress was pure springs. Extremely uncomfortable.
The AC unit was on the balcony which was super loud and hot when sitting outside trying to relax.
The laundromat was a foot away from our room which was awesome BUT they both were broken.
Yes, I’d recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Prices are on point for location and service. Thanks for making it affordable for retirees on fixed income. This was our second visit and plan on coming back again this fall.
