When you walk through our newest Princeville condo at Pali Ke Kua, you’ll find a perfect match between its soothing colors, generous space and dazzling ocean views from the great room, kitchen and dining area. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Property was absolutely beautiful and the views were stunning! We will definitely be back! Our only recommendation would be to add some basic cleaning supplies beyond windex and include a few more cookware items. It was an odd assortment which was included mostly bakeware, mixing bowls and plenty of cups and glasses. I will say we enjoyed the rice cooker and blender quite a bit and that was a major bonus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! :)

This property and particularly this unit is very special. Our stay was beyond our expectations thanks to all intentional details of this unit. Whatever you need, it’s there. It’s homey, clean and comfortable. The location is ideal for North Shore and the VIEWS are majestic. This is a solid 5 star stay and my only complaint is that we had to leave.

This condo is the perfect spot in the complex with the corner view of the beautiful cove. We watched honu turtles from our lanai as well as the daily rainbows! And the complex has its own beach! The condo had everything we would need and more. It was very clean. Main bedroom has a/c and it kept us cool all night. Bed and pillows were comfy. Close parking right outside the front door. Mgmt team was excellent and communicative. Book this one while you can! We will definitely stay here on our return trips to the beautiful Garden Isle! The North Shore is our favorite area.
