This was my 3rd stay at this lovely house. Location is perfect, just a short walk from Sumter Landing town square with a host of restaurants and shops plus free music every evening in the square.A car is essential if you wish to access the many Country Clubs in the area for dining and/or golf...the property itself is maintained to a high standard and there is cable tv plus a nice outside courtyard with furniture for relaxing in the sun....highly recommended.

My 3rd stay at this property which is in excellent condition and in a great location, walking distance to Sumter Landing and the cinema, shops, restaurants and the square with nightly live music.There is a small outside area with dining furniture and sun-beds and a nicely furnished lanai....great place to stay for a relaxing holiday...

For the money charged was very unsatisfied with the condition of property. Shower head in master bath needs work, plus faucets in bathrooms. Needed a new iron, pots & pans & more dish towels. Flat tire on bikes, no bbq as listed.
