The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. Just entering the home, the large living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a big dining room that can accommodate up to 8 people., and an extra separate TV room area with a 55" flat smart cable TV for your enjoyment, with more than 100 channels.
The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, 50" flat screen TV, large walk in closet, a private master bath, and it also connects directly to the lanai. The master bath offers a walk in shower, his & her sinks and a hair dryer. The first guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a 32” flat screen smart TV. The second guest bedroom has two cozy twin size beds, perfect for your golf buddies or grandkids and includes a small desk area. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms and bathrooms are complete with towels and linens.
This complete home comes with a 4 passenger gas golf cart, 2 bikes (with locks), BBQ grill, 2 lawn chairs, WiFi internet & cable TV. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses with no greens fees. You pay resident rates on greens fees at the 11 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only pools, organized activity pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

House was great! Plenty of space, best stocked kitchen I’ve ever had in a vacation rental, clean, comfy beds and lovely neighbors. The golf cart was great too and the location is fantastically close to Sumpter Square and all of its restaurants and shopping. We struggled to find the family pools we had access too. Where they were, how to access them etc. Didn’t help that high temps were in the low 50s. Would definitely recommend!

Amenities were in good condition. Generous supplies on hand was a wonderful bonus. Sadly, someone put dirty dishes away, i mean not even hand washed. The location was also great to Lake Sumter. The neighborhood was very quiet. The golf cart was a rough ride and the seatbelts need to be reachable. We had to help each other buckle. A 100. replacement would go a long way to making it approachable for seniors.

We were delighted with every aspect of this house. It is in a perfect, quiet location but a few minutes' walk of Lake Sumter Landing. It was spotlessly clean with beautiful, simple but stylish decor and high quality furniture. There are so many things that we loved so I shall list them, in no particular order: huge, comfortable bed in master bedroom; quality bed linen and towels (and plenty of them) ;quality and quantity of crockery and cutlery; great, easy to control barbecue; good size and quality laundry and dishwashing facitlies; well maintained golf cart and as new bikes; big lanai; huge televisions in lounge and master bedroom; quality dining furniture and ample placemats; provision of some basics such as toilet rolls, tissues, hand wash, salt, pepper, etc. all contributed to my general satisfaction with this house.It really was a home from home experience where we felt very relaxed throughout our month long stay. The heating and air conditioning were very effective as was the fan in the master bedroom which worked well with NO noise! The garden is big enough and with the right orientation to get sun all day, even in November and December so it was lovely to have morning coffee in the sun then know that we could have an evening drink also in the sun, prior to lighting the BBQ. Perfect! The garden would benefit from having at least one more reclining chair, however, especially if there are more people in residence. We were just two so it wasn't a problem. There is nothing else I could improve and we are already looking into rental next year.
