The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a 50" TV, creating a private retreat. The ensuite master bathroom includes a large walk-in closet, a walk-in shower, his-and-her vanity sinks, and a separate water closet for added privacy.

1194 Flamingo Place is a great location, walking distance to Sumter Landing. It could use a good dusting before guests check in. More lighting in the master bedroom, and the adjustable bed was not working.We were waiting for the exterminator to show up, we were told he would be at the house in 30 minutes. We left an hour later and he did not show. The next morning however, he shows up unannounced. He was polite, and only did the outside. He just let us know that he was outside. The new cookware is a nice improvement.
