This villa was perfect for our adult children over the holiday. Grandma didn’t have to host all week and everyone had easy access to the restaurants and shops in lake Sumter. Very clean and perfectly located. The golf cart was a nice perk.

The location was great. The house was spacious and comfortable. Had a minor toilet issue which was effectively addressed with a quick plumber visit. Kitchen was large and plenty of space to make Thanksgiving dinner. We enjoyed our visit.

Carpet needs replaced. More linens needed. Only 1 blanket. Dishcloths very stained. We purchased several items and offered to leave if reimbursed but offer declined. Had receipts for $200. Most disappointing was the outside weeds and mold on house. We complained several times. Could not leave slider opened since critters on patio. If updated and outside cleaned would be a nice place!
