Rent a comfortable apartment in the SANTA LINA Residence located on the road to the Sanguinaires Islands, a very sought-after area just 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Marinella and the straw huts.
This is an apartment on the first floor with private garden with terrace and beautiful unobstructed view of the sea.
The residence is located 5 km from Ajaccio downtown, 6 km from the commercial port and 12 km from the airport.
It consists of a main room open to the loggia and the small garden, with equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge/freezer, electric coffee maker, toaster, SENSEO coffee maker, washing machine etc...) and a lounge area with a sofa bed and equipped with a flat screen TV, a bathroom toilet and a bedroom (bed 140, sleeps 2).
The loggia is closed by large bay windows that can be opened entirely and give access to the terrace and the small private garden.
A lounge is available on the terrace to have your aperitifs, your meals and enjoy the beautiful Ajaccio evenings.
