L'appartement est très bien situé, calme, très belle vue mer.
Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé. On a pu profiter de la terrasse très bien exposée.
Seul petit bémol, le parking, il vaut mieux se garer en-dessous de l'immeuble et remonter à pied. Mais ce n'est pas très pénalisant.

Très bel appartement , conforme aux photos .
Très belle terrasse . Vue imprenable sur le golf d'Ajaccio et sur les Sanguinaires . Résidence très calme .
Accès très pratique pour les chemins de randonnées des crêtes .
Gentillesse du propriétaire , qui sait donner des conseils pratiques , sur ce que l'on peu faire et visiter
Un petit bémol ! Compliqué pour avoir une place de parking disponible dans la résidence

Tout est parfait,l appart et la vue sur la mer,le calme absolu pour se reposer.
