About this apartment rental
Air-conditioned apartment of 39 m2 with loggia of 16 m2, route des sanguinaires, breathtaking view of the beach of Marinella and 10 minutes from the city center (bus stops at the bottom of the residence, on the beach side), on the 3rd and last floor with elevator, private parking with trees adjoining the entrance of the building.
It consists of a living room including a fitted kitchen (oven, fridge-freezer, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, table with chairs); a lounge area (comfortable sofa bed in 140, large wardrobe, base cabinet with drawers with TV and radio); a bedroom area closed by a blackout curtain (140 bed and 2 bedside tables). In the entrance hallway, 2 bunk beds of 0.80 and a cupboard. Bathroom with bath, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet separated by a half partition and a curtain.
On the loggia decorated with local succulents: garden furniture, chairs, teak bench, parasol, trolley with electric barbecue, free-standing clothes rack.
Baby equipment if necessary: travel cot, booster seat for children from 6 months to 3 years old. Towels and sheets not provided. If you wish, for the duration of your stay, we can provide equipment for each bed, large towels, gloves and dish towels for the price of 20 €. Pets are not allowed.
Nearby (150 m): pharmacy, restaurants, water activities, mini-market with bread and pastries, roast chickens, beach items and bike rental.
30% deposit will be required to definitively validate the rental contract. When you arrive, a friend will greet you at the bottom of the building and give you the keys. You will pay her the balance of the rental and give her a deposit check for €500. This will be returned to you during the end-of-stay visit provided that the apartment is perfectly clean, otherwise a deduction will be made. The tourist tax is included in our rate.
