About this apartment rental
Located in AJACCIO on the prestigious route des SANGUINAIRES, in a secure residential area, two minutes walk from the beaches of Marinella and Scudo:
This large, charming, air-conditioned studio is located on the ground floor of the villa. It overlooks its private terrace planted with Mediterranean plants.(tourist tax FR4BV6LP)
It is equipped for 4 people and includes a double bed separated by an accordion partition, a living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a Hi-Fi system, internet access via WIFI, an equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom with shower, sink, heated towel rail and WC.
It has a charming tree-lined terrace, equipped with barbecue, deckchairs, table and chairs.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is compulsory and payable locally for € 25.
Parking is available in front of the villa in the secure enclosure. This residence is not a main residence
There is a bus stop directly at the exit of the residence for line 5 which serves Ajaccio and the Sanguinaires.
Activities and services:
On foot: Supermarket and pharmacy from April to end of October, bowling, Restaurants (starred and classic), hut and restaurants by the water. Numerous beaches Marinella, Scudo, Cala di Sole, Neptune Ariadne etc ... sports and nautical activities (scuba diving (cala di sole), paddle board, jet ski, boat rental, sea trip, pedal boat, equipped beaches (Marinella, girelles, Neptune, Ariadne)
Other shops at 2km, Ajaccio city of 50,000 inhabitants at 5km (with all amenities, port and airport) accessible by bus, car, bike or on foot on the crest trail.
Many other beaches on the seaside along the Sanguinaires road:, the Calanques, the Gull, The weekend, the sacred land, Moorea etc ... fine white sand and crystal clear water in Marinella and elsewhere, but also coves where it's good to snorkel ...
Beautiful walks or mountain biking among others nearby (chemin des crêtes, the sumptuous sanguinary islands), etc ...

Le propriétaire est très serviable et accueillant.
La résistance est très calme au milieu de la végétation. On peut aller à pied sur les plus belles plages d'Ajaccio avec de nombreuses paillotes. Nous reviendrons dès que ce sera possible.

Appartement conforme aux photos : belle terrasse ombragée et agréable. Le logement est bien organisé mais réclame une remise en état. La cuisine, les rideaux , la fermeture intérieure de la baie vitrée, la fermeture des volets laissent à désirer. Avons malgré tout passé un bon séjour.
