Like a balcony on the whole gulf of Ajaccio, such is the appreciation of a holidaymaker ... In all seasons ... Winter like summer! Very nice apartment, functional, well appointed, quiet and well oriented, and whose terrace can take unforgettable breakfasts, lunch and dinner (in the same day! with the morning sun, the midday sun and the setting sun ...) always facing the sea; ideally located, road Sanguinaires, a few minutes from the historic center of Ajaccio, 300 meters from the bus. "We enjoyed the apartment, with its magnificent view, and its superb location, which allowed us to make the most of our days for all our visits to Corsica," writes Nadine L. What to add? Everything is almost said, in so few words. Yet, the pleasure of being there, on the terrace, as on a balcony facing the Gulf of Ajaccio, the look at the Sanguinaires Islands, remains to be written by everyone ...

This is a great little apartment with a great view. Small but nice size for two. BUT, you will have to do a lot of hiking and climbing unless you have a car. The climb to the fourth floor is worth it for the view but there is a lot of climbing up the hill before. And the municipality of Aiacciu has withdrawn the local 2bis bus route and replaced it with a more expensive tourist bus number 5 from DeGaulle square. We bought a carnet of bus tickets only to be told by the driver that the city buses no longer go there! Not the owner's fault but it means either paying the higher fare or a 50 minute walk each way to and from the city. The Spar (nearest supermarket) is a little far and pricey...easier if you take the small path above the cemetery instead of going by the main road. Also, just beware there is no internet.
In short, if you are happy with a lot of walking and don't require internet, this is as good a deal as you'll find anywhere. Spectacular views.
