Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Enter through the front door and immediately see your captivating water view! Head over to the sliding glass doors to take in the panoramic views. Step out onto the deck where the soft summer breeze will make you smile and the smell of the salty air will rejuvenate your senses. The composite deck runs along the entire front of the beach house, wrapping around the side, offering you plenty of outdoor living space. Lay back and relax in the lounge chairs, or enjoy your favorite libation while sitting back on the built-in benches. There is also a large table for 8 and a gas grill, this gives new meaning to "dining with a view"!

Just steps from the deck is your stairway to heaven; Cape Cod Bay awaits you! You can walk the flats for hours and get lost in the natural beauty of Cape Cod or take a dip at high tide, the water is warm and life is good. Up for an adventure? Grab the single person kayak (life vest also provided) in the garage and set out for a day on the bay!

As the sun sets over the bay you are in for a real treat! Spectacular sunsets are a perfect way to end the day. Head back to the house and enjoy a Cape Cod tradition, just around the side of the house you will find the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. For your convenience, enter the house right there through the side door where you will find a half bath. The open floor plan and coastal decor will add to your experience of staying at the beach. There is a large, L-Shaped, cozy couch along with a 60 inch flat screen TV. Whether you take in your favorite show or the view of the water, you are sure to be happy! The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a gas range. Family gatherings are made easy with a built-in dining table that seats 8. The main floor also offers a Bedroom with a Queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. There is a 40 inch flat screen TV for your enjoyment.

Upstairs 2 more bedrooms can be found along with a loft area. Private and peaceful, this is the perfect place to get comfortable. Put your feet up and do some summer reading or daydream as you gaze out at the beautiful view. Recently added desk and chair is perfect for remote working or that Zoom call that just can't wait - provides a designated, comfortable area for working, plus a water view!

Bedroom 2 has a King bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub & shower, and a 40 inch flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Bedroom 3 offers 2 Twin beds, an en suite bath with a shower, and another 40 inch flat screen TV. All bedrooms have room darkening shades so you can sleep-in while on vacation.

The lower level offers a game room with foosball, large 65 inch flat screen TV, board games, and even a pull out sofa that sleeps 2 more people! The washer and dryer can be found in the utility room.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
