About this house rental
Look no further for your next unforgettable vacation! This professionally decorated beach house, once featured in Veranda Magazine, offers a spacious, luxurious platform just 600 feet from your own private association Cape Cod Bay beach. Prepare to be enchanted by stunning, turquoise water views that greet you from most of the main floor and extend to the expansive second-floor balcony. This retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across four bedrooms.
Upon entering, the large foyer welcomes you—the perfect space to drop your bags after a quick venture across the street to the beach. The main floor is designed for gathering, featuring a large kitchen with an island, an adjacent sitting area, and a dining table that keeps everyone connected while preparing meals. The main floor family room, complete with a 43" TV, separates the dining space from a private den, which holds a full pull-out sofa and a dedicated workstation. A convenient first-floor bedroom with two twin beds and a full bathroom with a tub completes this level.
The second floor is a peaceful sanctuary. Here, you'll find a nautical bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds (sleeping four), two full bathrooms, and two gorgeous water-facing rooms—one with a Queen bed and one with a King. Both water-facing rooms boast direct access to a large private balcony, an ideal setting for sipping morning coffee, quietly reading, or sunbathing. For the ultimate seaside experience, open the doors at night and be lulled to sleep by the magical sound of water gently lapping the beach. Central air conditioning is available, but on comfortable evenings, you can open the screened doors and windows to let the fresh salt air circulate throughout the house.
Additional amenities include a finished basement with a massive 75" TV and a sectional couch, perfect for movie nights or morning yoga. The basement also houses the laundry room, and outside, you'll find driveway parking for four cars, including a charging station for electric vehicles, and an outdoor shower.

This home was absolutely beautiful! The walk to the private beach was just a few steps and the views were spectacular. The home was so well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable, home was sparkling clean. The check in was very easy as well. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch each evening. Our kids had plenty to do with games and ping pong and movies. We loved everything about this stay and couldn’t recommend it more!

Excellent family vacation. Location is superb and the house is incredible. Only issues - outdoor shower not working when we arrived and took 4 days to fix. Garbage was not picked up until the day we left.

Although the check in process was frustrating, waiting for a text with access code, 15 minutes before check in time, we fell in love when opening the door! Beautiful kitchen, spacious for a large group. Privacy in the bedrooms for each guest. Grandchildren loved the bunk room, although we had to make bumpers out of pillows. Added to the great adventure! Bathrooms had plenty of storage space. Kitchen was well appointed with necessary utensils and serving dishes, etc.
Walk to beach was easy, although there are many stairs on this section of the beach. Luckily all were able to handle it, young and older. We over pack so it was a challenge getting items to the beach, but worth it for the warm sunny days hanging out at low tide, and getting to swim at high tide. It's truly a wonderful place for multiple generations to stay for the week.
