We had a great stay at this Eastham property. The check-in process was easy, with clear, straightforward instructions that made settling in a breeze. The location was ideal: close to beautiful bay beaches, scenic trails, and a variety of great spots to eat and grab a snack. The property itself was just as described: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. One thing to note: the public beach within walking distance is on the smaller side, but still a nice option during low tide or for a sunset view. Overall, this was a great home base for our trip, and we’d absolutely recommend staying here.

House suited our stay wonderfully - great layout overall and sunny outdoor spaces. Clear instructions from our host. Convenient access to the beach. We’ll come back!

Location great, short walk to bay beach, house was clean. We went in April so chilly. Heat worked great. We were suppose to be 5 adults 1 dog going but we got downsized last minute(on our end) to 3 adults, 1 child no dog.Lots of light switches didn’t work. One of the bedroom lights in main bedroom didn’t work the whole time. There’s a downstairs with 2 more bedrooms & bathroom but the twin bed bedroom lights didn’t work. We didn’t have water pressure in kitchen sink for a full day.It’s nice & clean but the layout is weird. Absolutely not handicapped accessible downstairs. Spiral staircase should be updated. I have videos of the inside of the house but can’t seem to attach them to this review
