The location was good for our trip as the house is located very close to our family that lives on the Cape. The house was a decent size and had a large yard.

The house is very dated and could use a good scrub. It’s in need of some improvement, especially the window unit AC in the living room. We also had an issue with bugs in the bedrooms and the kitchen.
