Parking: There is room for one car in the heated garage in spot #9 only, please note that taller vehicles with roof top racks and cargo boxes will not fit in this garage. This home has a steep driveway and/or access roads that require 4WD in the winter months.
Location: Approximately one mile from the main street of downtown Winter Park and shops and dining. Approximately three miles to Winter Park Resort (short walk to free shuttle route).
