Tons of space and a lot of light! This four bedroom three bathroom condo is one of our largest units at the Beaver Village Condominiums complex. Located on the 3rd floor, the vaulted ceilings really add in a lot of light.
This Winter Park condo has a lot of space and numerous bedding options. Groups, families, couple and singles love this vacation rental.
Location: Building 8, 3rd floor. The building is located in the building 5 to 9 cul-de-sac only a short walk to the Clubhouse.
Bedding Configuration: Queen in the Master bedroom, Queen in the second bedroom, Queen in the third bedroom, 2 Twins in the fourth bedroom, sofa sleeper in the living area.
Amenities in unit: Fireplace in master bedroom, free Wi-Fi access, views of Winter Park Resort. Complimentary shuttle service on the free town shuttle. NO AIR CONDITIONING
Clubhouse amenities include heated indoor pool, hot tubs, laundry facility, lounge area with fireplace, flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi access. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen area available to rent for a fee.
Clubhouse amenities: Due to regulations set in place by the local health department, local government or HOA policies, not all facilities at properties may be available for guest use. There may also be times when clubhouse facilities are closed due to maintenance services. Please refer to your specific vacation rental information. All clubhouse amenities are provided to guest complimentary and therefore there will be NO refunds when these facilities are closed or unavailable during a guest's stay.
