Welcome to Your Dream Getaway in Winter Park!
You will LOVE this stunning townhome just one mile from downtown Winter Park. With luxury amenities, a private hot tub, and breathtaking views, this home backs up to open space, offering miles of trails right outside the back door.
Spacious Living Area
The open-concept, bi-level living area is perfect for families. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops, bar seating, heated hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. Gather around the large dining table that seats 10, or relax in the additional sitting area with a television.
Outdoor Paradise
Step out onto the back patio to access trails, a private hot tub, and a BBQ. The step-down living room boasts a 60-inch LED TV, a comfy leather couch, and love seats. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the private front balcony with gorgeous scenery. A high-top chess/checkers table by the cozy fireplace adds to the charm.
Endless Entertainment
When not skiing, sledding, mountain biking, or hiking, enjoy speedy Wi-Fi, an X-box gaming console, and plenty of board games and puzzles for special family moments.
Comfortable Sleeping Arrangements
Upstairs features 3 en-suite bedrooms:
- En-suite #1: This suite features a king bed with a fireplace, a 50-inch LED TV, a balcony, and a private bath with a large shower and walk-in closet.
- En-suite #2: This suite also has a king bed with TV/DVD player combo, private bathroom, and tub/shower combo.
- En-suite #3: This suite has two bunk beds that sleep four and a private bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo. It is great for kids or adults who want to feel like a kid at heart.
Additional Sleeping: Queen pull-out sofa in the main floor living room.
Convenient Amenities
A spacious two-car heated garage keeps your vehicles out of the snow and offers storage for skis, boots, poles, and other recreational equipment. An additional car can fit in the driveway, providing a total of three private parking spots. The mudroom off the garage includes a washer and dryer, heated floors, coat racks, and space for all ski apparel.
Nature at Your Doorstep
Be on the lookout for wildlife during your visit. Foxes are common in the area, and you may even see baby fox pups in the spring. Bears, moose, and elk occasionally wander through the open space out the back door.

Excellent location for access to Winter Park town and resort. Clean and well maintained. Hot tub was well appreciated after a day hiking on the mountain. Plenty of parking (two car garage). Our family enjoyed our stay, and we would certainly stay there again.

This house was the perfect place for my family of five and in-laws to stay during our visit to Winter Park. We loved the amount of space in the house, the hot tub, and the huge variety of cooking items. We enjoyed our evenings hiking right behind the condo and looking at the mountains from the deck. Communication with the host was easy with quick responses. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent location. Good amenities. Very choppy layout with all bedrooms on the Fourth Floor ( and at over 9,000 foot altitude). 37 steps to get to the 4th floor. Nowhere in the listing ,or the photos , or the emails, did it show or state this “minor”detail. We rented the unit for our family and my wife has COPD and is on oxygen normally only at night. The stairs made this a 24 hour day need!
The family area on the 3D floor was comfortable as was the kitchen. We paid for 10 family members , but there were only 8 towels and fewer washcloths/ face towels. The hot tub was an excellent size, but the water was poorly adjusted with its chemicals-we followed instructions, then called the company that was supposed to fix it, but they never showed up until we were checking out 6 days later.
The paper products were the cheapest possible, so bring your own TP if you at all sensitive.
We all enjoyed the marmot family that played on the Rick wall behind the condo.
