Small but functional. Great location. Would loved to be able to see beach from balcony. Close to anything we needed including restaurants and grocery store. Island Reality was very quick to help us with a refrigerator issue.

Upon entering the unit it appeared fairly clean, yet very small. My son and I came the first night and the other half of our party showed up the next day so we were extremely disappointed to find the bunk bedding dirty, and the sofa bed mattress to be covered in dirt, crumbs, yellow stains, and white mildew under the mattress. My teen ended up sleeping on the couch with sheets over the couch cushions and a towel as a blanket because the linens were thick heavy blankets. The unit doesn’t have an ice maker and had a teeny single ice tray for a unit that sleeps 4 and is oceanfront with no ice maker on site anywhere else. Sometimes it’s smaller details not always recognized by management that really make it a nice stay. It was a great location and enjoyed the surroundings and property as a whole.
