Walk to the beach from this spacious home on Isle of Palms! This 3 bedroom/2 bath home offers so many options for gathering friends and family. Private upstairs primary suite and 2 bedrooms on the main floor provide plenty of sleeping options. You’ll love this casual and comfortable home where you can gather together in the large living room, enjoy meals in the separate dining room (seats 8), or relax in the charming sunroom adjoining the kitchen and dining area. Or you might decide to spend much of your time taking advantage of the fantastic outdoor spaces perfect for entertaining a crowd that include a huge deck with dining table, plus a private backyard for games or just relaxing with your favorite beverage! The cul-de-sac offers quite, retreat vibes with the home tucked away from neighbors. Cut straight through the cul-de-sac, cross palm and right down the short access street and you will find the beach! The house has cable and each bedroom has its own television with a Roku device to stream your favorite streaming apps. The home is located on Isle of Palms where you can find a grocery store, gas station, multiple restaurants, shops, the Isle of Palms rec center, the Isle of Palms County Park, and beach bars. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk or a quick drive away. Isle of Palms is approximately 25 minutes away from downtown Charleston which is famous for its shopping and history, particularly on King and Market Street. Isle of Palms has year round activities including kayaking, award winning golf courses, paddle boarding, and more. Our company prides itself on making guests feel at home and comfortable while on vacation. For additional information or specific questions, please put in an inquiry for your desired dates.
Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs
*Wild Dunes does not allow guests from "other rental agencies" to use their amenities so there is not access to a pool at this property. There is a rec center on 27th Avenue outside of Wild Dunes that has tennis courts, pickleball courts, a soccer field, baseball field, and basketball courts.
Parking information: This property has parking in the driveway for up to four vehicles. Street parking is not allowed. Boats/trailers are not allowed.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beach house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything was seamless.The host was incredibly kind and responsive — any question we had was answered quickly, which made the whole trip feel effortless. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, exactly the kind of friction-free experience you hope for when you’re trying to relax.The house itself was spotless and clearly well cared for. The kitchen was a standout — fully stocked and set up perfectly for entertaining, which made cooking and gathering together genuinely enjoyable rather than an afterthought. Everything we needed was right there.Location-wise, we loved the short walk to the beach. Close enough to pop back whenever you wanted, but still a proper beach house feel.We left refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed beach getaway. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful home within a short walk to the beach. Comfy beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Quiet area with lots of trees. Amazing beach!! We had a wonderful time.

Older home with a nice location. Description states that it’s professionally cleaned…I don’t think so. Cobwebs in the door jams and ceiling corners. Kitchen rug has the look of never being washed. Coffee pot reservoir had floaters. All knives had rust spots, pans need replacing. I didn’t complain to the owner because all he could do would be to send over cleaners and we didn’t want to be bothered. All in all the home was not welcoming.
