Spend your days biking along the island’s 50 miles of scenic pathways, relaxing at the beach, or exploring nearby Coligny Plaza—home to restaurants, shops, a bakery, coffee spot, grocery store, and nightly entertainment.
Inside, the villa features a newly renovated first level with stylish new furnishings and a bright, open layout. The fully equipped kitchen flows seamlessly into the living area, while the private deck offers a quiet spot to unwind outdoors. Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms—each with a private full bath. The primary bedroom features a King bed, and the guest bedroom offers a Queen. A Queen sleeper sofa and half bath on the main floor provide extra comfort and flexibility for guests.
Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, free WiFi, three flat-screen TVs, and a complete set of linens and towels. Very nicely decorated home with all the amenities and comforts of home.Having 4 bikes was perfect for getting around this bike friendly neighborhood! Close to Coligny Parking for the beach - but walking distance to Alder lane Beach ! Was a perfect spot for our family to gather for a family reunion ! 3 pools to chose from and nice shaded paths !

Absolutely had the BEST time! We've been coming down for years and staying at a friends condo in Ocean One which they have since sold. We were leary about something that would fit our needs and this unit exceeded our expectations! Thank you!
