Our pet-friendly home has a few house rules regarding pets: No pets on furniture, please clean up after your dog, and dogs must be on leash while on property. Sweep up pet hair before departure. Minimum age of 25 required for the primary guest. No Smoking. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another.

Amazing walkability! Breeze Shuttle available mid-March thru October to get you to the beach, shopping, restaurants or just to see whats out there!! Public parking available near the beach.

All of our homes receive professional pest control treatment every month. While an occasional bug may find its way inside, the treatments ensure they are short-lived. Please note that the community operates on a set schedule for pest control, so an exterminator visit may occur during your stay. Walkable to the beach was a bit of a stretch...walkable, but if you carry any gear its quite a ways. Unit was nice, little tucked in the trees if u like shady.
