The townhome was just as described. There was plenty of room for four adults and a small pet. Note that there is a significant pet fee.The kitchen is well stocked. Easy check-in process. The host responded quickly. I would recommend.

This was our second time staying here after staying in March 2023 and it was just as good as we remembered it. House was clean and comfortable and its location was a short walk to the beach. The amenities for families with small children puts it over the top. A wagon with beach toys made it easy to bring everything needed to the beach and we took advantage of the pack n play for our son to sleep in. There was also a box of toys which our kids loved to play with. A short walk or easy drive to get to all the sites on the island. We would definitely try and stay here on our next visit.

This is our first stay in South Forest Beach. Townhouse was well designed with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The home was not as clean as we would have liked and there was a smell of "cat" on sofa near kitchen. Townhouse community is very crowded and parking is extremely tight. Seems neighbors keep an eye out for seasonal renters. Went to pool and f/t residents knew where we were from and which house we rented. Odd conversation to say the least. Washer and dryer were a challenge. Washer only washes in one mode and dryer took forever to dry towels. Bikes were nice addition. Took many trips to local cafes and shops. Overall okay rental, thank goodness it was recently remodeled. Loudly heard other renter neighbors complaining about condition of their townhouse. Yikes!
