This was our 2nd year staying at this location. We love is a very nice unit and is spacious enough for our family of 7! It is in great condition and we love the 4 bicycles that are provided with the rental. We love Treetops and have been staying in this area for many years. We will definitely book this unit again! The only suggestion I would make is to replace the clothes dryer. Island Rentals had to send out a repairman last year about the dryer not working..The dryer hadn't been replaced this year and we again had a terrible time getting our things dried. Otherwise, fabulous place! Thank you!

Very nice accommodations for our group of 4 staying on Hilton Head for a golf trip. The location was tricky to find due to the address but got help from some neighbors. Host was very responsive--there was no coffee carafe and one was left the next morning as promised.

Overall - lovely experience. One thing I didn't love - the mattresses were super firm - too much for my comfort level. So, I doubt I would want to stay in that unit again. It was tough for us to sleep. But everything else was just as it said it would be - so, we enjoyed our stay. Parking was tight, but it worked and we didn't have any real issues. Just some multi-point turns to get in and out. Hilton Head is a wonderful place to visit!

Let me start by saying that we absolutely love Hilton Head! The location of this townhouse is perfect. Right in the middle of everything. I will say that the 3 bathroom upgrades were done very nicely. The new living room furniture was well chosen and comfortable. Now for the bad news: the kitchen needs a lot more than just a facelift. The cabinets are old and pretty damaged, the icemaker is inoperable, the stove came apart during our stay and, it’s an understatement if I say that there is an excessive amount of items in the kitchen cabinets (67 coffee cups - no joke). We did speak to the property management team, Island Rentals, and they could not have been any more accommodating. Jay, especially was an absolute rockstar!! We had an issue with the bed in the master bedroom and they did all that they were permitted to do by the owner, swapped mattresses. If you are only staying for a week, you might be able to look past a few of these things, but when it’s an extended stay, a difficult mattress is really hard to put up with. We even purchased an 100 mattress pad in an effort to help the situation. All in all, we love the development and will return…. likely just renting another unit.
