Just remodeled in Dec 2025! New floors, new bath, new dishwasher, new washer/dryer, completely new paint in every room. New furniture!
Best location! Walking distance to everything, beach 8 minute walk, coligny square is a short bike ride or walk. Fun times at Celebration park- Fountain water Park, pirate ship, restaurants, outdoor music. It’s all at coligny plaza and very close by.
New updated and fully equipped kitchen. 2 -4 bikes are there for your use, others can be easily rented and delivered. There are wonderful bike paths to go exploring on. W/D, beach gear supplied, chairs, umbrella, and cart and beach towels. The tennis courts are right out front of your door.
This Villa offers more space than all hotel rooms with added convenience of a full kitchen with stainless appliances and 3 bathrooms, all for less money! One king bedroom, one bunkroom which has a full, a twin bunk on top, and a twin trundle on bottom. Max occupancy is 6 persons.
One small dog allowed, less than 40 lbs. with paid dog fee of $175. Due to severe owner allergies to cats; no cats allowed.

Please note that full month or consecutive months / winter rentals require 90 days -3 months advance notice of cancelation to receive a full refund. No refunds without 90 days notice.

We greatly enjoyed this property. Check-in was smooth, the host communicated clearly and it had literally everything we needed. It was clean and the surrounding area was lovely. It was an easy walk to the beach and Coligny Park area. We would 100% stay again.

The property was extremely clean. It was exactly as the listing said. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was extremely comfortable in there. My dog really enjoyed it as well. The location was terrific. When we needed to find something we sent a text and got a response almost immediately. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very comfortable home! Everything was well stocked with pantry items, bikes, toys etc. Just bring your PJs and toothbrush!Liz was very attentive to any communication or needs and was a pleasure to deal with.My pup especially enjoyed the squirrel activity off the back porch while I read books. Highly recommend!!!
