All of the comforts of home in this tastefully designed 4-bedroom 3-bath ground floor cottage, nestled at the corner of Alamanda and North Bay Boulevard.
The home's backyard oasis is sure to be your favorite place to relax. The patio extends the length of the yard, with areas to grill, picnic, and lounge in the sun or under umbrellas. Take a refreshing swim in your heated pool,
Inside you'll find amenities that will make your vacation a breeze, including a fully equipped kitchen and adjoining dining area with a table that seats 8, perfect for gathering together to share your vacation plans, play games, and enjoy special moments. Sleep in comfort in a king, 2 queen beds, and a bunk bed with twin on top, double on bottom and a twin trundle. The Primary suite has a walk-in shower and 2 sinks as well as an outdoor exit.
A block to the famous Bean Point Beach and close to the Bay side park and beach, Island exploration will give you seven miles of uninterrupted beaches, with limitless silky sand and pristine waters. Bring along a camera to capture the most breathtaking sunsets you've ever seen. If you're an early riser, you can catch the sunrise over the Tampa Bay Bridge from the Pier. Take a Trolley to shops or restaurants - it's free and runs from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.
A NOTE ABOUT POOL HEAT: If you book online, your reservation will automatically populate with a pool heat charge for one week. If your reservation is for a longer period, someone on our staff will adjust the pool heat rate to reflect the longer stay. We recommend pool heat at this property, regardless of the time of year, as pools near shady trees stay cooler, even in the summer.
*PET OWNERS: This property is dog friendly with restrictions and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per dog for the first week. There is a $50 fee per dog per week for each additional week booked. Also, certain breeds are excluded. It is necessary that you check with our office prior to your trip for details on weight and breed limitations.

The house was great. We really enjoyed the location. Having the heat pool was a nice bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice and clean. There were a few things that could use an update from a renters view the master bedroom mattress (which is were we slept) could be upgraded the other bedrooms had nicer and much more comfortable mattresses. The patio furniture also should be upgraded the table and four chairs are old. The plastic picnic table is falling apart. The lounge chairs were good. Having the grill was really nice to have to cook on. I don’t want to sound critical but they were the things that we noticed. Over all it was a great place.

Property was clean and the beach was within walking distance. Pool was dirty upon arrival but the pool guy was there our 2nd day to clean.

The house was okay Living area couch very small for 7. Very unhappy that when we arrived there was no safety measures for the pool. I have very curious 2 and 5year old grandboys and I was a nervous wreck about them getting out there. Also, need a railing to get out of pool. I slipped and broke my toe. The pool heat did not work until the pool service man came yesterday. No backyard lights for nighttime swimming. So overall while we had a wonderful time on AMI , I was disappointed with the house for the cost.
