Beach Bay Serenity offers direct access to Tampa Bay and The Gulf of Mexico. Relax and entertain outdoors by the heated pool! Conveniently located on Pine Avenue you have many restaurants and boutiques right at your door step! Bring your boat and dock directly in your backyard or enjoy fishing off the dock. Leave the car at home with the free Anna Maria Trolley passing right by your front door, travelling throughout the island very convenient!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We had the BEST time at this vrbo!!! We would 100% stay in this same home next year if we could but we will have 11 people in our party and this home only allows for 10. The home was clean and very spacious. Everything worked well. We had so much fun hanging out in the pool and hot tub, fishing off the dock (our party caught a few!), having our morning coffee on the deck off the living room and sleeping in the comfy beds. We made a lot of meals in the large kitchen that had almost everything you could imagine needing (the only thing we couldn't find was a cutting board, just an fyi). We did not need to contact the host during our vacation but did a few times prior to coming and Sato Real Estate was so quick to answer questions and they were very accommodating and kind. Everything went seamlessly from start to finish. Things to know...1) we were cold a few nights and didn't realize there were extra blankets in the covered basket by the entertainment center so know that they are in there :-) 2) the garage had a few fishing poles and styrofoam bait coolers, some beach toys (we left some too with some water toys), a beach umbrella, some beach chairs, a wagon (a bit squeaky but worked fine to walk it down to the beach), a few more misc. items. 3) A few things that the vrbo didn't have that we bought were a cooler for the beach, coffee filters for the coffee pot (left a bunch behind), additional laundry pods and dish detergent pods. ENJOY YOUR STAY!!! IT'S AMAZING!!!

We were a group of ladies that stayed for a girls trip to AMI and the home was perfect. It was in a fantastic location with a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and a cup of coffee in the morning at North Shore. It was clean and packed with everything we needed for a relaxing and fun weekend on the island. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

Great house. Needs updating though. Master bath toilet and sinks have issues. The toilet runs a lot, even after having the flapper changed. The master bath faucets dispense water slowly. Could need new faucets. Other than those 2 issues. It’s a great house.
