We have been vacationing at AMI for years but this was our first experience with SeaBreeze. The customer service is great! We were short a few chairs and they brought them quickly. It was great to have beach equipment, chairs, umbrellas and wagon already there, and a beach towel for each guest. The home location was excellent, the only complaint we have is that the beds are hard as rocks, and I even like a firm mattress but these were so firm it felt like you were sleeping on a preschool mat on the floor. That is probably more feedback for the owner to be aware. Overall I was very pleased with the rental/management company and will definitely book through them again:

We had a great week. The house's location to the beach was amazing, the heated pool was perfect and the house fit our family well. Seabreeze was easy to communicate with. We will be back!

The house has a wonderful location near the beach. Two minutes walking! Which is great! The pool area is beautiful. Although the chairs are in need of some TLC and the grill did not work. The house had plenty of bedrooms for everyone but is in need of a little upkeep. New doors are needed. Along with mattresses. If the outside matched the inside it would be perfect!
