SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. Additional terms and conditions apply.
Golf Cart Terms & Conditions - All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

Everything about staying at this property was perfect! House was clean, pool was awesome, ease of check in and check out was great, walk to the beach was a cinch and the golf cart was so handy! We had 4 kids and 8 adults. Everyone had a bed and plenty of space. Beach chairs and an umbrella were provided. We did rent an extra umbrella for 10 for a week and they come and pick it up when we are done with it. So easy. Next time I would just uber to the house and use the golf cart to get around the island rather than renting a car. Would definitely stay here again. The rental company was prompt and thorough with all calls and emails.

Seabreeze was great! We loved the house! Garage was perfect hangout as well! Perfect for our 2 family's (10) !! The pool and hot tub were perfect!! Short walk to beach access!

House was fantastic. Pool area amazing, garage well stocked with beach items and games. Our family also loved using the golf cart. Highly recommended!

Awesome house and location.Kitchen equipment need improvement. All pots are old and scratched, also no salt and pepper or anything else . Zero food cooking supplies.
