Welcome to Harborside, a gorgeous canal front home located in Holmes Beach. This is where you’ll want to be for your next island getaway! Featuring 5 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this beautiful property is decorated in bright coastal hues that provide a welcoming place to relax with your family and friends. Spacious bedrooms make this waterfront 2-story home ideal for traveling with a larger group of up to 10 guests. Amenities include a heated pool, outdoor shower, BBQ Grill, and a private 16ft dock that’s great for fishing, for keeping your boat tied and ready for its next adventure or for simply relaxing while watching the gentle manatees play. From sunrise to sunset you’ll love having the best of both worlds with a canal in your backyard oasis and the most turquoise Gulf beaches just 2 blocks away.
Inside the home features an open concept where you can kick back, unwind, and set the clocks to island time. The updated kitchen is stocked with all the necessities: stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast bar w/ stools has ample counter space for your family chef to utilize. Entertain your guests with the large dining table to the cushy sofa seating in the living room. Then recharge in luxurious comfort with ultra premium bedding in one of the five bedroom options. Wake to begin your vacation days by taking in the calm bay waters from your screened porch located just off of the dining area as you sip your morning coffee.
On the first floor you will find your master suite with a King bed, an ensuite bath that features a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms are located on the ground floor which are styled with a Queen bed and the other with a Twin over Full bunk/Twin trundle and a Twin over Twin/Twin trundle which is great for the younger crew to resort to for a nightly pajama party. On the second level you have two more bedrooms one featuring a King bed and the last bedroom has a Twin w/ a Twin trundle.
To accommodate the newest of travelers a pack-n-play and high chair have been provided!

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

* Cancellation more than 90 days prior to arrival will receive a deposit refund less a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival will forfeit all deposit received. Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit all monies on account. Cancellations must be confirmed in writing.

We enjoyed our second stay at Harborside. The location is convenient to all areas of the island. We walked to the beach daily. We had plenty of room to gather while still being able to have some alone time if needed. We hung out at the pool and my oldest grandsons love fishing off the dock. They never caught any fish but enjoyed seeing manatee hanging in the inlet. The home was clean when we arrived. We hope to be back in 2026 or 2027.

This house was in a great location! We could walk everywehre and the trolly station was right outside the door. The only downside is that the dishwasher was broken all week and we had to wash by hand with only 2 wash clothes and 2 dishtowels. And when you had 10 people staying there there was a lot of dishes to wash.

House is in a wonderful location. Fully stocked kitchen and house is set up for a larger group. The only issue we had was we requested an early check in and was told they would email when the house manager went by to check if house was ready and clean. We checked in about a hr early but the house manager stopped back by to drop off an information notebook on the property and said the house was ready since noon instead of 3 that was disappointing. A few other issues blood on the upstairs linens, couch pillow had some dry blood on it to, and kitchen bathroom smelled of urine after my mother in law mopped it the smell went away.
