Excellent location!! Only 2 blocks from Pine St, very walkable to shops/ice cream/coffee/restaurants!! We went in July though so highly recommend renting a golf cart to explore the island and get to and from the beach. The house was perfect for 3 families! The pool was great to have after the beach. Beside the pool is a sitting area with a ping pong table in the garage. Several beach chairs and a beach wagon available to use. Plenty of pool and bath towels. The washer and dryer was very helpful. The rental company was very responsive. Highly recommend staying here!!

Excellent rental property! Close to the beach and shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Walkable to so much! Plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 kids, comfortable beds, lots of towels, great AC, lots of hot water when everyone wants to shower after a day on the water. Great pool and outside area. Plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas with a wagon. Highly recommend!

It would be nice to know along with the amenities what is not included like toilet paper and dish soap and shampoo and laundry detergent. Those would be nice extras for the price you pay. The alarms are very annoying and make it difficult to go in and outside
Location was good and the overall house was nice. Pool was great. It would be nice to have directions on how to warm up the hot tub. Communication was rough on wanting to check in early. Wi-Fi never worked.
