Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

I will start by saying the house was ideal overall. prime location. The pool was great! Short walk to the beach. No crowds at all where you access the beach. Every room has its own bathroom which is great. Perfect for our group of 10 and we had a fantastic time. HOWEVER, there is a long list of things that need to be addressed. 1st when we arrived on Saturday the Hot tub was empty they did fix it for us but took until Monday. This should have been done before we arrived. The kitchen sink faucet was broken, they fixed it the same day we notified them. House was extremely dusty. I turned the fan on in my room and chunks of dust flew all over the room. TV in the master bedroom didn’t work. The grill was filthy and the tank had no propane. No extra toilet paper, paper towels or garbage bags. No dish soap or dishwasher pods were left for us. We were excited about the beach wagon filled with supplies, come to discover most of it was broken and the wagon itself had 2 flat tires. Someone should go through and discard the broken items. We flew in so couldn’t bring any of this extra stuff with us. Multiple light bulbs throughout the house were dead. Outside fan didn’t work. Mold in the master bathroom shower. I don’t want to make it all sound negative because it wasn’t we had a great time but for the amount of we paid this stuff should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. I would consider staying at this house again in the future for a reduced rate. Or if stuff gets fixed.

Great location to beach! House was a bit “worn out”. Master bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. Mold in shower and on the bathroom counter. All other bathrooms were clean, as well as bedrooms.I would stay here again, but request that the master gets a deep clean.

Enjoyed the home, location was excellent, 2 very short blocks to public beach access. Home was sparsely stocked and had to immediately grocery shop for minimum essentials including tp and paper towels. The only seasoning in the cupboards was 1/2 small container of ground pepper, so it was kind of a bummer to have to shop for everything to prepare any kind of meal in the home knowing we would have to leave everything or waste it after using a couple of shakes of salt or garlic powder. Outside of some minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our time on stunning Anna Maria Island very much!
