About this house rental
Seven beds nestled among manicured palm trees and mangroves, two minutes' walk to America's best beach. Tiki Bar lounge en suite. Fully remodeled luxury accommodations feature deluxe master suite, gourmet kitchen and three balcony decks for relaxing, party combination spa/pool, and lots of room and parking for our guests. Two washer/dryer sets (one up and one down); gas grill; beach cart with umbrellas, chairs, towels, and toys. Our minimum rental is 30+ nights; let us know about your scheduling needs.

If you are hesitating on booking this trip, please don’t! Our family has stayed at luxury vacation properties for over a decade and this one is at the very top. It is spacious, clean, luxurious, well-stocked, centrally located and very relaxing. Our family of five was extremely comfortable and the house could have certainly held another family without issue.
We like to cook so having a good kitchen is vital. This house has everything - Keurig coffee maker, instant pot, toaster, convection oven, etc. we were able have some great family meals. It is literally stocked with every item you could ever need, including a great spice rack.
The bedrooms were great for the kids and we loved that the laundry room is upstairs. The master is huge, airy with a great balcony and the largest shower and rainfall shower head we have ever seen. Spa-like experience.
The garage held every beach item you could need - umbrellas, chairs, toys, coolers and a very convenient beach cart. The beach is just a 5 minute walk away.
And the pool! Initially it looks a little small but we had a blast with the spa features and night lights. Did I mention there is a great grill in the garage that you can use for your pool party?
Lastly, the island is just beautiful. If you are I to walking, you can walk to the the end of the island towards Longboat Key (abt 7 miles round trip) and get some beautiful pictures and scenery. If you go the other way, you can cross a beautiful bridge on to the mainland and more walking trails. The beaches are just beautiful. Our kids loved Bean Point but all the beaches are fantastic.
This was one of our most relaxing trips ever and can’t wait to go back!

We stayed in late February/early March 2022. House was extremely clean and spacious, pictures all accurate and property was exactly as listed. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need- plates, utensils, pots, pans, spices to cook, even condiments in the fridge. Plenty of towels, including pool and beach towels. Also lots of great beach chairs and a wagon to carry everything. Very short walk to the beach and short drive to all restaurants on the island. (If you’re up for walking, there are some good restaurants within 1 to 2 miles of the house.) Pool is very nice to relax in. Neighborhood is very quiet and everyone is very friendly. Fred the host was very easy to communicate with and very quick to answer any questions. Check in/out was extremely easy, no issues. We’d definitely recommend this property to others and would absolutely stay again. Thanks for a great 2+ weeks!!
