Location was excellent, just steps from the beach, with a water view from balconies. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our group of 12. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Property manager was responsive and got the gas grill propane tank swapped out right away.

Check in was smooth and easy. Kitchen was stocked and clean. Easy to work in. Ice machine didn't seem too work very well. Overall the place is beautiful and the pool was amazing ! Highly recommend this place for a vacation !

The house is in a great location and has very spacious rooms. No complaints about the size of the house. However, they need to work on amenities and offering more to their guests for the price you pay. where to begin. most likely, you get families. How about offering more beach toys, more than 1 boogie board, an ICE CHEST, a better wagon with wheels meant for a beach, better chairs. Hot tub, not hot. Washer and dryer are old and decrepit. As a matter of fact the washing machine literally came apart then day before we left. The vacuum doesn't work. They literally give you nothing in terms of essentials. I can go on and on, but you get the the drift. It has the potential to be a great home, but it's not very well thought out. We had a great trip despite the short comings of this house. They need to drop a few bucks and start upgrading basic household items.
