One bedroom, one bath, two-level condo in Wild Dunes with views of the ocean and community pool! Fully equipped, renovated kitchen with Corian countertops, crisp white cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. Dining for four. The living room offers a sleeper sofa and loveseat, both upgraded in 2025, a large flat-screen TV with streaming access, and direct access to the screened porch. The master bedroom, located upstairs, has a king bed, flat screen TV, and shares a full bath with hall. Beautifully landscaped complex w/access to community pool and charcoal grills.
**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**
Things to Know:
• This property has a strict 2-vehicle capacity.
• Maximum capacity is 4.
• (1) Designated parking space in front of the unit. Additional parking available in the open lot.
• TV's have streaming access only

• This property does not have access to the Wild Dunes pool or gym—only the Mariners Walk pool.

Nice 1BR condo, full kitchen and dining/living room space. Loved the west facing screened in porch. BR and bath are upstairs and the condo has stairs up to it -not the place for bad knees. Loved the landscaping although they spray way too many chemicals (yes in November). Also BR needs blackout curtains- the blinds do not do much to get the room dark.

This property was perfect for a weekend for me and a friend. I had a late check-in as I was flying in from California and it went super smoothly. The upstairs bed was comfy and the downstairs sofa was, too. It was evident that it was nearing the end of the season as there was some obvious wear and tear on the unit. Other than that, the property was great and I would definitely book again.
