Beautiful drive to the property. Convenient parking. Convenient location. Awesome view of the pool and beach. Really liked the balconies, especially the one in the upstairs bedroom.
Quick walk to the pool, grill area and the ocean.
Kitchen and laundry were stocked well.
Things were broken (concerned we would be blamed for). Exhaust fan in one of the bathrooms was really loud. TP holder in downstairs bath just fell apart on first use. Umbrella appears to have been broken for quite a while.
There was some sort of machine stored on the main balcony. Kind of a turn off, most people are trying to get away from thinking of chores back home.

Location and access to the beach was great.
Upstairs AC did not work properly. Very hot

Check in was extremely easy. The location of the property and the grounds were lovely. The views from the two balconies were beautiful
The unit itself was quite outdated. The king mastersuite bathroom was badly in need of renovation. The sliding doors to the balconies were extremely difficult to open and close (especially the lower floor) We were left with just barely enough towels for our party of six and wound up having to launder them each day - not exactly how I wanted to spend my limited time on vacation.
The king bed mattress is very soft and lumpy.
The toilet in the Queen suite leaks - this didn't really bother us, but whomever pays the water bill might have a problem with it.
