Guests initially enter Happy Place by walking up the exterior staircase from the driveway to the front porch and front door. Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door, you will enter the home's first floor, which features the primary suite, the bunk room suite and a laundry room. Walk up a half flight of stairs to find the guest suite. On the top floor of the home, you will find the living room, dining room, kitchen, screened porch and outdoor balcony. There is an outdoor foot rinse area near the stairs to the front porch -- perfect for rinsing off after a trip to the beach or the community pool.
Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. Fireplace is not available for guest use. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing time. We really enjoyed the house, especially the big living room and the dining area. The kitchen and the rooms were very well equipped and every room had its own bathroom, also everything was clean. The beach was in a pretty short walking distance which was very nice.
In general we had beautiful days and definitely would recommend staying there.

Excellent location and layout! The best stocked and cleanest kitchen we’ve ever vacationed in.
Our family enjoyed the golf course location and our grands loved the basketball and pickle ball courts within walking distance.

Happy Place was the perfect place to bring our family together! We loved the screened porch and the views of the golf course! It was a very cozy & comfortable place too. I loved the vaulted ceilings which gives you a feeling of more space for a condo! ITrip was extremely helpful planning my weekend too! It was a spare of the moment trip and they helped make it happen for us! Thank you for all you did. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

We have stayed here twice this year while visiting family. It has a beautiful interior and view of the golf course. The kitchen is well equipped and mattresses are comfortable. We will look for this unit again when we visit next.
