About this apartment rental
This three bedroom and three bath tri-level town home can sleep 8, with short walk to the nearest beach access. Located within the popular gated community of Wild Dunes, guests can enjoy swimming at the outdoor Fairway Dunes community pool (open April-end of September) or play tennis or pickleball on the Fairway Dunes community courts (please bring your own equipment).
**Starting November 2025-through March of 2026: Wild Dunes Community Association and IOP Water will be conducting a water main replacement that will involve road construction with heavy machinery in front of the Fairway Dunes condos. As well as occasional water disruption, likely noise, and potentially limited access to the community tennis/pickleball courts. Reservations existing between these dates are accepting of these terms.**
NEW for 2025: All bedrooms and stairs have brand new LVP flooring (no more carpet) and primary bedroom now has a King bed.
Bright and inviting, this villa hosts two balconies, a deck, and a screened porch! The 11th green of the Wild Dunes Links Golf Course is just beyond the foliage behind the building. This villa offers affordable, updated accommodations for a small group or family. A golfer or tennis player's dream!
Flat-screen Smart Roku televisions are provided in the living room, twin bedroom, and primary bedroom for streaming (cable stations available through Xfinity Stream application).
Have a couple of visitors? Not a problem! The living room sofa pulls out into a queen sleeper sofa.
Wireless Internet & Linens Included. Cable streaming available through Xfinity Steam Application. No Smoking. No Pets. No access to Garage.
Guests have access to the Fairway Dunes Community seasonal pool and tennis/pickleball courts, however are not permitted in Resort Pools.

Overall, the townhome was very nice. It’s a very short walk to the beach and pool and it is great for a coastal family getaway. The townhome was spacious and bright and overall pretty clean. The only small issues we noticed was the kitchen sink faucet was extremely loose, the rug in the dining room appeared to be pretty dirty and need replacing, and the threshold trip piece at the top of the stairs kept coming off, which posed a huge safety hazard. One of my kids slipped down the stairs when it came off the first time. Overall was a good stay!

Great family vacation rental with my adult children. We had plenty of space. Quiet neighborhood. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened in porch in the evenings.

Great location on Isle Palms, steps away from the beach. Condo was nice layout with ample room for the whole family.
