About this apartment rental
This nicely decorated two bedroom, two bath villa in Shipwatch Wild Dunes, offers you everything you could possibly need during your IOP vacation and . The owners have just made various updates including new lighting and a new dining room and painted the various rooms. It overlooks and is only steps away from the complex pool and it is only steps away from the beach! The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, with crisp white cabinet and counter tops. The living room offers comfortable furnishings with a sleeper sofa, a new 50 inch smart TV and an HDTV with a Blu-ray player, and access to the private balcony. The guest bedroom has two twin beds with new bedding, new wood flooring, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and shares a full bath with the hall. The master bedroom has a king bed with new bedding, a flat-screen TV with a VCR/DVD player, access to the private balcony, and has a private full bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower. YouTube TV streaming service is available on all TVs. Access to the complex pool! WiFi. Linens. No Smoking. No Pets.
**ATTENTION GUESTS: During high tide there is minimal beach available for beach walking or lounging. Some neighboring complexes may have sand bags out to protect their dunes from erosion. Please do not attempt to walk on the dunes or sand bags.**
Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. This important restoration effort helps preserve and protect our beaches for years to come. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. Overall the property checks all the boxes. Furniture is rental worn but still functional. Floor coverings are ready for replacement. Coffee pot filters should be triangular, not the common round ones.Beds are comfortable.Shipwatch is oceanfront so all other things are relative.

Villa was nicer than expected, very clean. Very pleased with Air conditioner and amenities. Only complaint was the master bd bed was overly used and very uncomfortable.

Air conditioner worked! Clean, room better than expected, location great, pool and beach very nice. Would stay again.

We enjoyed the condo's furnishings and beautiful view of the ocean. The condo was clean and well kept. But we had repeated problems with the TV and its WIFI connection even after a maintenance worker had visited to (temporarily) correct the malfunction. "No connection" was a message we saw on the TV screen regularly, an especially irritating problem during the Winter Olympics!
