Location and size.

Hard mattresses

Couches were super comfortable. Kitchen and baths were clean. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Laundry area was nice.

Too many stairs for us and no bathroom off the living area. Beds were only ok and not great. Would have preferred chaise lounges for one of porches. Screened porch furniture very basic and didn’t feel very clean. Ceiling fans needed in bedrooms.

I liked being right across the street from the beach, and that every bedroom had a bathroom.

It would have been helpful to have a map of the Fairway Dunes complex, especially where the pool/pickle ball courts were. I traveled all the way to Wild Dunes thinking those were Fairway Dunes facilities. Having the codes for the pool and pickleball courts on the fridge or in the white binder would have helped as well. Also, the front door was challenging to open. The passcode was very long, and often it didn’t open on our first try.

Location was great. Very close to beach. Condo was clean & spacious for our party of 6.

Few minor issues while there. Toilet in guest room was finicky - flapper kept getting stuck. Tv in guest room cable kept freezing. But overall was very pleased.
