Beautiful, spacious, luxury home! Sits back away from the road in a quiet wooded area. Large patio overlooking huge backyard and pond. Pool room with heated pool and hot tub. Three spacious rooms, two of the rooms have sitting areas with living room furniture. Loft overlooking the pool room with a bar. Great room with floor to ceiling windows with view of backyard. Perfect for family getaways, staycations and any other occasions!

The pool smelled really strongly like chlorine. It stuck in our hair and clothes for multiple washes after we left. I’m not sure if it was the correct level.

My husband, myself and my children, had a wonderful three day vacation. The house and the property were immaculate. It was definitely a peaceful experience. We went to the waterfront one day where there were a lot of people, so it was very nice to come back to a tranquil, house and property. Joyce is an exceptional host. All the little extras, from exquisite bathroom, products, little treats, a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook a five star dinner. The propane grill was a really nice add in touch to cook our steaks on for our 4th of July dinner.There were also lots of games and books to choose from for those that wanted to partake during our trip. The pool and hot tub are amazing. Having them indoors, we didn’t have to worry about anyone getting a sunburn. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere to spend quality time. This is the place you definitely want to choose.

Stayed 3 nights again at this beautiful home. Enjoyed the pool, thenew reclining furniture in the great room, and keeping an eye on the geese and their goslings. Very clean and quiet home. A wonderful place to stay.

The house was beautiful and accurately listed. Our coaches and players had a great time here. Lots of space to spread out as well as come together for games and eating. We were only ten minutes from the volleyball tournament at Spire.

We had stayed here once before and absolutely loved it and made plans to come back. The house was still beautiful and the pool and hot tub were absolutely perfect! Overall it was a great weekend getaway with family! The only things I wish were better were the quality of the internet and we were not able to get any of the fireplaces to work. We were unable to utilize any of the televisions for the majority of the trip due to poor internet quality. We messaged the host via the VRBO app and did not receive a response so we did text and were told that is how it is sometimes. Still was perfect for a relaxing weekend away and would still go back!

The home, the location, the quite tranquil lot with super cute touches here and there. It was perfect in its own imperfect way. The goal was to make some amazing family memories, and that mission was accomplished. Our bed in the master room was so comfy...as were the bed linens. WiFi was a small challenge, but that just forced more family time...no complaints there. We will stay there again for sure.

We had another fantastic trip. We utilized every room in the house except for the exercise room... LOL. Perfect place to get away. Secluded but close to everything, We'll be back! Thank you Joyce! This was our second time staying in this home and we had a great time. The home is spacious and welcoming. The outside was an awesome area to hang out with family. Beautiful patio. The only down fall I would say is around the pool. I recommend bringing carpet mats for around the pool. The pavers are very slippery. However the mats were perfect for our stay. Otherwise the pool is warm and great. Definitely a great place to stay!!!!

We absolutely loved this house! It had plenty of room for our group of 9 and the indoor pool was so nice! Very clean and such a luxury to have that!

Very nice stay. The house is looks exactly like the photos. Large, with lots of space to spread out. They have almost anything you could ever need while staying at a rental. The indoor pool was nice. My children swam about 3 times a day. They have all the pool accessories; bathing suits, puddle jumpers, floats and pool toys. My daughter loved the little waterfall feature off the patio with the frogs. The outdoor property was beautiful as well. There is a nice fire pit out in the wooded area if you enjoy smores or just siting by the fire. Lake Erie access, is about 15 minute drive. We made a day trip there, which was a nice change in scenery. Overall we had a great stay, the only issue was all the misquotes outside. Bring some Deets spray if you want to enjoy yourself outdoors in the warmer months. Something to keep in mind when figuring out who will sleep where, is that the master is on the main level, but has a lot of noise from the pool pumps, great if you like white noise at night like I do. My in-laws like silence better. We gave them the downstairs because there was no steps, but we probably should have swapped places. The host was super responsive. We had a couple issues with tv's and the hot tub control panel not working and they came out to try and fix the issue quickly at a time that was convenient for us. I would highly recommend this place and would return again, but more likely in the colder months as we spent most of our time indoors.

This is a beautiful, large and spacious home that is a great get-away for family groups. The pool and hot tub are a special feature that was well used during our stay. We were in the Ashtabula area for a family reunion, and this was a short drive to our weekend gatherings but allowed us some time on our own with everything we needed.

I tried making contact with the host via VRBO and telephone and did not receive any return feedback. Very disappointing! We enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are a true asset for the property. We really enjoyed the local bike trails we rode on. We would definitely vacation at this property again.

My family and I had this beautiful home for 4 nights and we had an amazing time. The house was breathtaking and the views were so so cool. The owners keeps the house very clean and responds with any questions you may have in a timely manner!!! Definitely recommend for a family get away!!!!

This was the perfect spot for our family (there were 9 of us) to celebrate Christmas together. This is the first year without my dad and we wanted to make new memories this year, but different ones because it seemed easier. This home was EXACTLY what we needed. It was beautiful, with little places to getaway from everyone for a bit and places to all be together. The fireplaces made everything extra cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our Christmas Eve and Christmas Day meals. The was also a short drive away from anything we could possibly need or want. I can't thank our hosts enough for the little Christmas touches they added (there was a beautiful tree) and for opening their amazing space up to us at the holidays. We would definitely return!

Very quiet within the home; set away from the road so there is very little outside noise We spent a great deal of time in the pool which was a major part of the decision to stay here. Plenty of room throughout the home. We would have loved to have stayed a few more days.

Ladies get away visiting wineries! House was well stocked. Nice not to worry about linens, towels,toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Plenty of rooms & bathrooms. Place was clean. The pool water was very warm however we never called to report that so not complaining just mentioning. As others have mentioned the well water did smell sometimes but we knew this going in. We had trouble with sound system in some rooms with volume however not important enough for us to contact owner for help. We had a great time & were happy with the accommodations!!

Very impressed. Just as pictured. Felt like we were staying at a friend or relative's house. Directions for everything was written out and easy to understand. House is gorgeous. The land it is on is beautiful as well. Plenty of space to walk and relax outside if you never wanted to leave you could just stay at the house. It is about 25 min away from Geneva on the Lake or other towns. Does have well water - so if your not used to that they had water available for you to use. Pool and hot tub are great. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed in Joyce's home, and I'll definitely be booking again, as will some of the friends I stayed with. It's beautiful, clean, comfortable, and has amenities galore. It's a perfect place to get away in northeast Ohio for true relaxation!
