About this apartment rental

Spend the night in a restored funeral home from the 1940's. Meticulously designed for groups wanting to explore Ashtabula Harbor or nearby Geneva on the Lake. This luxurious space was designed to be a home away from home and is full of color and charm including a display containing artifacts from the buildings history. Everyone will enjoy the space which has a full game room including a pool table and claw machine, a fully stocked common area and 6 distinct bedrooms each with something special.

The house was absolutely amazing. It was exactly as described with the cutest creepy little touches throughout. We had a bachelorette weekend with a “till death do us party” theme and the Phantom Manor was perfect! Desiree was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions that we had. I highly recommend this property!

This was perfect for our large group of women. We needed a place that was large enough for a group but also somewhat close to geneva on the lake, this was perfect! Desiree was a fantastic host. And the place overall was just fun!

Loved the remodel of the funeral home. The home was well stocked and very clean. The little details added to keep with the funeral home added to the whole feel.

This was an amazing property for a bachelorette weekend. It was close enough to everything needed and only a short distance from Geneva. Desiree was extremely communicative and accommodating.
